Taking care of families and loved ones as they navigate hospice, final illnesses, and funeral arrangements may seem especially challenging as we all strive to follow the advice of our public health officials. We will come alongside professionals serving seniors to coach or train on specific hospice, funeral planning or death management education they may need at this time.

Lay to Rest Services, LLC remains committed and prepared to assist you to compassionately care for the families you are serving during the COVID-19 pandemic. Steps we are taking include:

Using virtual visits and phone calls as an alternative to in-person meetings when appropriate.
Following public health guidelines during any necessary in-person visits and taking personal and professional precautions.
Continuing to support families as they commemorate loved ones while observing local guidelines for gathering size.
Educating clients, partners and families to ensure awareness that there is no known risk associated with attending a funeral or visitation services for individuals who died of suspected or confirmed COVID-19 and that embalming, cremation and burial are all currently permitted.
